HEXA SOAP PRESS

HEXA stamper is designed to stamp soaps in above all rectangular and cubic forms. Soaps can be engraved with 2, 4 or 6 dies.

All moving parts (except conveyors) are piloted by a single asynchronous motor that drives the dies through articulated mechanisms and cams optimized for velocity and acceleration.

The die box is built-up of two fixed parts and six moving dies: one upper die, one bottom die and four lateral dies. A good shaped soap is the sum of a correct sequence of actions of the dies.

There are not deflashing plate or wastes, so the machine has not a recycling system.
It also can use existing die box sets, because command parts can be easily regulated.
