Duplex vacuum plodder

Duplex vacuum plodder consists of two plodders mounted in tandem generally in line between them and, on request, at L arrangement.

The preliminary stage is a refiner plodder with drilled plate, pelletizing knife and refining screen. The soap pellets refined by the preliminary stage of the plodder are compacted and extruded in a continuous bar by the final stage.

The connection between the preliminary stage and final stage of the plodder is the vacuum chamber. The level switch placed on the vacuum chamber guarantees a correct soap pellets feeding to the final stage.

The conical head estrudes the bar and it's heated by means of electrical heater and thermostat for the whised temperature selection.
