Artisan finishing lines  are used for a production capacity up to 500kg/h of soap bars.

Recognizing the genuine need for a fully automatic refining line but in a small scale than the industrial type capability, LIMAC is the first to design and produce a new series of machines under the common denomination Artisan,the technology supplied by our Italy coperator Soaptec!

Main characteristics for this line are:

• Ease of operation and quick maintenance. When designing Artisan line, Soaptec used the same philosophy and the same kind of attention as when building industrial units. This means great care for the ergonomics, for production changings and reduced maintenance requirements. The use of high quality industrial components such as electronics, pneumatics, circuitry, etc. allows us to build reliable machines.
• Capability to produce whatever shape and size tablet. The machines are built for small production but they are not dedicated only to small soap sizes. DVs-200 is a plodder that uses a screw diameter of 200mm. This allows for extrusion of large section bars necessary for 200gr of toilet soap and also for 300gr of laundry soap.
• Modular design to allow for different line compositions.
• Till 500 kg/h of production. This production capability seems to be the best suited for two categories of producers: the newcomers starting a new production in a very competitive environment and the soap factories that do not need bigger installation but require a dedicated and particularly production.
• Low budget. Artisan machines are designed through modern computing software so Soaptec can produce a whole finishing line with accessible budget and very short delivering time
