in the green dryer the liquid soap coming from the saponification plant is dried by two main processes: pre-evaporation in the heat exchanger and flashing in the atomizer.

Vapours produced inside of the heat exchanger are separated in the soap-vapour-separator machine. This operation drastically reduces the load on the vacuum system, fines formation and carry-over. The separated vapours can be used as motive steams to the booster or for various heating purposes. Main characteristics of this system are high energy savings and environment-friendly performance, hence the name green dryer.
