Soap vapour separator is used for separation of soap from vapours that are re-formed inside the heat-exchanger machine. Used in our green dryer installation, this machine reduces drastically fines formation, carry-over and the load on the vacuum system. It can be also retro-fitted on existing dryers in order to obtain above mentioned benefits. Furthermore separated vapours can be used to feed the booster or for heating purposes, resulting in high steam savings. Being an equipment working under pressure, Soaptec foreseen the manufacturer and certification according to ASME, section VIII, division 1 standards. The soap vapour separator is normally manufactured in inox AISI 316 stainless steel. |
