Detailed Product Description

Two sigma-agitators rotating in opposite directions, mixing the soap noodles at angle 55 .The agitator can be rotating in "onwards" or "backwards" direction, to suit the kneading of different soaps. Especially it can change the phase of transparent soap.

If the mixer is complete with dosing unit, the machine can carry out soap noodle feeding, weighing, mixing and discharging automatically.

The sliding discharge gate is driven by a pneumatic cylinder. The working pressure of compressed air is 0.4 to 0.6 MPa.

The speed if fast agitator 22-36r/min,slow agitator 36-55r/min.The speeds will be specified case by case.

Motor power: 15kw+15kW or 18.5kW+18.5kW,depending on speeds specified.

All metallic parts in contact with soap are in stainless steel 304.

The gear reducers are supplied by FLENDER,Germany.

The load cells are supplied by Toledo,USA .
