Two Reducer supplied by FLENDER Germany All metallic parts in contact with soap are in stainless steel. Capacity: 300 to 400 kg/batch. Gyration diameter of the agitator: 600 mm; Speed: Fast agitator 36 r/min; Slow agitator 22 r/min; Motor powers: 2 x 18.5 kW; PLC and touch screen are supplied by Allen-Bradley, USA. Load cell by Toledo, USA. Weighing error below 3. Pneumatic discharge gates;Pneumatic discharge gates driven by cylinders that are supplied by Wuxi or Yantai, China manufacturers. Electric components by Schneider, France Mixing while milling during operation.
